Selection and prices were good, web site was easy to use, ordering and delivery were flawless. I am generally satisfied with this desk, but it was misrepresented in terms of materials of construction - "hardwoods and oak veneers." Though there were oak veneers and some sort of solid wood, the large flat areas were composed of particle board or presswood or "engineered wood," which is something I was trying to avoid.
